Steve Wright was an amazing salesman for me. From the time I entered Parks, Steve was very friendly and built a great relationship with me. He never made me feel pressured to buy a car unlike all other dealerships I had ever been to. Steve actually cared more about me getting what I wanted then just getting the sale for himself. He gave me all the time I needed along with all the answers to all my questions. He made me feel wanted as a customer and that he was there for me and only me until I had made my final decisions. Dave the GM was also outstanding. Like Steve, he was also very friendly. When he came to meet me, he also presented a non pressured environment and was there to make sure I was getting all information I needed while I was there. Dave also remembered me by name right when I walked in the door to pick up my new car which was very impressive. Our financial manager Todd was just as impressive.

I went to the service department, not sure of the man name, but he fixed my tire right up. Not once, but twice I had a nail in my tire. Really nice guy and Miguel, the service tech, who always takes my car and brings it back clean and with a smile. That counts a lot. Thats why I like Parks. The guy that sold me the car made me feel like I was family and he helped me get into a car right away when I needed one. I recommend Parks to all my friends...Love you guys the best!
