I arrived on time and was prepared to wait at the dealership until my service was completed. Service representative was ready for me when I arrived and came to when an additional problem was discovered. All service was well done and completed in a timely manner.

I purchase a 2024 Chevrolet Blazer online from Parks Kernersville, listed as a certified GM used car, bought this car for my son, after 2 weeks of driving it he checked the engine oil level and there was no oil on the dipstick, we jacked the front of the car up so we could look for oil leaks and noticed there was numerous cracks around the bolt flange of the plastic oil pan, engine oil was dripping from the cracks. Absolutely AWFUL dealership! Every excuse in the books for why they didn’t follow through with paperwork, temp tags etc. they are great until they get the money the money but once paid they become useless and blame everyone else, I would walk before ever dealing with them again

The salesperson I would recommend, she was great, the process was backwards, very unorganized, we were setting up the OnStar before we even knew any details about the contract or even if we were approved. I had to ask if we were even approved on the way out the door to the vehicle to set up the onstar. I have never purchased a vehicle with this backward , very rush process of buying a car.
I’ve been trying to talk to someone on purchasing a vehicle just to be ignored for two weeks and then get back in contact with them for them to say they want to make things better just to get ignored for another 24 hours and then have to email them through the website to get someone for maybe a few minutes and then get ignored again they must not be in the business to sell their vehicles if you get treated like this before even meeting someone I would rather not even go there
5 stars for best price, extremely quick response. Only took 20 minutes to get upfront out the door price fully broken down with no surprises. I asked for out the door price they sent it to me, I countered with what I thought was fair and they accepted in 5 minutes. Other dealers wanted to drag their feet or never give a total price while dealing over the phone or email. Parks did everything by text messages in 20 minutes. Was one of the easiest car buying experiences ever.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly, cheerful people willing to help me can did an excellent job in my search for a new vehicle. He was kind and was not pushy at all. Found a gem online at Parks Chevrolet. Hashim, the sales associate, was great to work with. He wasn’t pushy, had a great personality, and was very respectful. Bryant, the used car sales manager, was very helpful and took care of a recall right off the bat.

I can not say enough good things about my experience purchasing my challenger from them.. I called talked to salesman he sent me pictures, videos, anything I asked for he was right on top of it. We set up an appointment to see the car and when we got there he had it set out front waiting on us to get there. WRONG!! i actually had FUN at my oil change!! the young lady (Jo) that checked me in was gracious and funny and showed me around the EXTENSIVE and comfortable waiting area. my dog was allowed to come in and wait with me and we sat with a group of other dog owners and had dog club hour! i might have been there an hour but it only felt like 10 mintues. 5 star service! 😀

THE ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! My family and I broke down 7 hrs from home on a Saturday on our way to vacation, after numerous attempts to have our vehicle repaired locally or atleast rent a vehicle and being turned away, we stopped in to Parks Chevrolet. Not only were they sympathetic to our situation, they provided us with transportation to complete our trip while they repaired our vehicle. They literally saved our vacation ! My experience here was great. Angel is a great guy and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. He will listen to you and will not make the sale unless you are 100 percent sure that you love your vehicle. I would say the whole experience took about 3 to 4 hours total and we were driving away in our new SUV.
